Merna engaged with us well and kept us informed about everything that was to happen and was very cooperative in terms of any requests from our side. Time was adhered to and we were well taken care of in terms of comfort. They really made the experience memorable for us!!
Amazing experience! Everything was very well-planned. Every night Merna informed us about the plan for the following day.He was super! Good food and staff during the cruise. Tour guides were fantastic and qualified, especially Issa Who was with us in Luxor. We really suggest this experience.
So much to say: – Merna took contact with me from the beginning. She was really helpful and kept contact everyday to know if all was okay – However, the room that I had during the cruise was in very bad bad shape and definitely not was I expected. Everything felt old and not taken care of. The WC were not clean when I arrived and the entrance carpet was wet and dirty. Also one of the electrical socket got inside the wall when I tried to turn the light one and represented a potential hazard. – The first day was amazing, the drivers drove quite fast on the road which allowed to arrive before the crowd! The Abu Simbel temple was stunning. – The guide of the 3rd day was really nice. Her name was Jacqueline and her explanation were really clear. I really enjoyed the tour. – Merna offered me a free transfer to the airport as a compensation for the cruise room situation and the two gentlemen who brought me there were really nice.
