Welcome to Egypt Tour Pro. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

1) About Egypt Tour Pro

  • Who we are: Egypt Tour Pro is a Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Egypt, organizing holidays and travel services across Egypt since 2015.
  • What we do: We design and operate tailored itineraries for individuals, families, and groups, including accommodation, flights (where applicable), tours, transfers, guides, activities, and special experiences.
  • Our promise: We strive to deliver high-quality experiences across all price ranges, with no hidden costs, and the flexibility to adjust plans when possible.

2) Contract and Acceptance

  • By making a booking or inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any travelers in your party.
  • A binding contract is formed when we issue written confirmation of your booking and receive the required payment.
  • The person making the booking confirms they are over 18 and authorized to accept these terms for all travelers.

3) Services and Itineraries

  • Tailor-made trips: We arrange customizable itineraries with varying levels of structure and free time based on your preferences.
  • Third-party suppliers: We work with trusted airlines, local hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, and tour companies. Your travel arrangements may be subject to the terms of these suppliers.
  • Substitutions: Due to operational reasons or events beyond our control, equivalent or superior services may be substituted without prior notice. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

4) Prices and Inclusions

  • Transparent pricing: We guarantee high quality in all price ranges and do not apply hidden fees. Your proposal/Invoice will clearly state what is included and excluded.
  • What’s typically included: Accommodation as specified, transport/Transfers, tours and activities listed in your itinerary, local taxes, and services of our local team where stated.
  • What’s typically excluded: International flights (unless explicitly included), visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, optional activities not listed, and any government-imposed taxes/fees introduced after booking.
  • Currency and fluctuations: Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates prior to final payment.

5) Payments

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings. The amount and due date will be specified in your offer.
  • Balance: The remaining balance is due by the date shown on your invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, reservations may be canceled and cancellation charges may apply.
  • Payment methods: We accept commonly used and secure payment methods as communicated during booking. You are responsible for any bank or transfer fees.

6) Changes and Flexibility

  • Client-requested changes: We understand plans can evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests. Additional costs or supplier fees may apply.
  • Operational changes: If a change is necessary due to availability, safety, or other operational reasons, we will provide an equivalent or better alternative whenever possible.

7) Cancellations and Refunds

  • By you: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees depend on timing and supplier policies. Some services (e.g., flights, certain hotel or cruise rates) may be non-refundable.
  • By us: In the unlikely event we must cancel, you will be offered a full refund of amounts paid to us for the canceled services or a comparable alternative.
  • No-shows and early departures: Are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation:

    Cancellation requests should be sent via emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

    In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

    * 20% from the total due amount will be charged From the Date of Booking till 30 Days Prior of the trip date.

    * 35% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 15-25 days prior to embarkation date.

    * 50% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations 7-14 days prior to embarkation date

    * 100% of the total stay will be charged for cancellations less than 4 days prior to embarkation date.

    * In case of no show, full cruise will be charged as cancellation fees.

    For any Cancellation:

    6% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee.

    Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation

    Refunds:

    A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment within a maximum period of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

8) Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and meeting all entry/exit and health requirements for Egypt and any transit countries.
  • We can provide general guidance but cannot guarantee your eligibility to travel. No refunds will be issued if you are denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

9) Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage, personal liability, and other risks.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure coverage is adequate for your needs and destinations.

10) Health, Safety, and Conduct

  • You must disclose any medical conditions or mobility needs relevant to your trip. We will advise on suitability and options.
  • You agree to follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and comply with guidance from our team and suppliers.
  • We may refuse service or terminate arrangements without refund if your behavior endangers yourself or others or causes significant disruption.

11) Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, extreme weather, civil unrest, or operational disruptions.
  • In such cases, we will assist with reasonable alternatives subject to availability and any additional costs.

12) Liability

  • We act with due care in selecting and working with third-party suppliers. However, certain services are provided by independent contractors over whom we have no direct control.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the affected services, excluding indirect or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

13) Special Requests and Preferences

  • We will pass on special requests (e.g., bedding, dietary needs, adjoining rooms) to suppliers. These are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing as part of your booking.

14) Complaints and Customer Support

  • If you experience an issue during travel, notify us immediately so we can assist and seek a solution on the spot.
  • If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days of your return with booking details and relevant evidence. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.

15) Privacy and Data Protection

  • We only collect personal data necessary to arrange your trip and provide support.
  • We share data with relevant suppliers strictly for booking purposes and handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16) Intellectual Property and Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to Egypt Tour Pro and protected by applicable laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute website content without prior written consent.
  • You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, or impair it.

17) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

18) Amendments to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. The version applicable to your booking is the one in effect on the date we confirm your reservation.
